1 General Terms

Welcome to joygame11. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and joygame11 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing joygame11.org, creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to joygame11 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, bot, or automated system).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have previously had an account suspended or terminated by joygame11 for a breach of these Terms.

joygame11 takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a member is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated during that period will be withheld. If the member is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be returned minus any amounts already played.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on joygame11. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. joygame11 may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm the information you provided. This is a standard process to protect both you and the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

• Provide your real name, date of birth and valid contact details during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Notify joygame11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Do not register using false identity information, someone else's details, or a temporary email address.

joygame11 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on joygame11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer. Cards and other mobile wallets may also be available depending on current platform options.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account conditions, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification requirements.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• joygame11 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means. The platform reserves the right to freeze and investigate any deposit it considers suspicious.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior agreement with joygame11 will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. joygame11 charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Standard network or bank processing charges from your payment provider may apply.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that does not belong to you. Before any withdrawal is processed, joygame11 may require you to complete identity verification if you have not already done so.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing and higher weekly withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending review if unusual activity is detected on your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

joygame11 regularly offers bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions and VIP rewards to its members. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms.

The general rules that apply to all bonuses on joygame11 are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Different games may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino games may contribute less.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to another account.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate a bonus — including coordinated play or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

7 Games & Sports Betting

joygame11 offers a range of gaming options including Casino games (slots, live casino, table games), Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports and more), Fish Games, and other arcade-style titles. All games are provided by established software providers and use certified random number generation systems for fair outcomes.

For Sports Betting, the following rules apply across all markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other events:

• Odds are displayed in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. joygame11 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event.
• In the event of a dispute about a game result or bet outcome, joygame11's records will be treated as the definitive source. If a technical error affected the outcome, the bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• joygame11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

For Fish Games specifically, the multiplier values and boss creature values displayed in-game represent the maximum potential payout for a given shot value. Actual outcomes depend on in-game mechanics and are determined by the game engine in real time.

8 Player Conduct

joygame11 expects all members to use the platform honestly, respectfully and in good faith. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in account action up to and including permanent suspension:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargeback abuse or depositing with stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing platform staff or other members through live chat or any communication channel on the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent any account restriction.

joygame11 monitors platform activity using automated and manual review systems. If suspicious activity is identified, your account may be placed under review during which time deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. 9 Responsible Gaming

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The member has requested self-exclusion or has been referred through a responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory, legal or technical requirements necessitate account closure.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases where closure is not due to a breach — for example, if you choose to close your account voluntarily — any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
